For customers located in countries not listed, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request and explore shipping options to your country.
We will email you the tracking number and details, and we strive to ship your order internationally within one week. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier delays.
Changes and Exclusions:
- If there are any significant delays in shipping, we will notify you promptly.
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances that affect shipping times, we reserve the right to adjust our estimated delivery times.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors once the package is in transit.
Refund
We understand that preferences can vary, and we’re open to refund requests if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, please email anya2two@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Items are eligible for a refund only if they are in good, unused, and resalable condition. Once your return request is confirmed, pack the item(s) securely using appropriate packaging and send the parcel using a trackable courier service. Please note that postage charges for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
